Getting started
How the video gets made: what the skills do, and what the video generator does
The skills don't make videos, and neither does Claude on its own. The video is made by a video generator, such as Higgsfield or Kling, on your own subscription. Here is every step, from the idea to the finished film.

In short: weblockai gives you the plan for the film, and a video generator makes the video. With the skills, Claude writes the script, breaks it into shots and writes a ready-made prompt for every shot. The images and the moving footage come from the generator, on your own subscription and credits.
We put it this plainly because many people expect a finished video once they download the skills. That isn't what happens. If you know what the skills do and what the generator does, you can put the right toolkit together from day one, and nothing comes as a surprise.

What do the skills do, and what don't they do?
A skill is a set of professional instructions for Claude. It teaches Claude what to ask you, how to write a script, how to break it into shots and what kind of prompt to write for which generator. The skills produce text and a plan, not images or video.
| Task | Who does it | What it costs |
|---|---|---|
| Script, shot list, characters and locations | Claude, with the skills | included in the weblockai price |
| A ready-made prompt for every shot | Claude, with the skills | included in the weblockai price |
| Sound plan, editing guide, credit estimate | Claude, with the skills | included in the weblockai price |
| Making the images and the video | the video generator, such as Higgsfield or Kling | the generator's subscription and credits |
| Narration, a speaking character | ElevenLabs, HeyGen | a separate subscription, if you need it |
| Putting the clips together | you, following the editing guide | your own editing app |
What else do you need besides weblockai?
You'll always need a Claude account and a video generator. The rest depends on the film you're making.
- A Claude account. A free one works too.
- A video generator subscription, such as Higgsfield or Kling. This is what makes the images and the video, from your own credits. We recommend Higgsfield, because you can connect it to Claude with a connector.
- If you need them: ElevenLabs for narration, and HeyGen if someone speaks to camera.
- For a film made of several clips, an editing app to put them together. A free one is enough.
Step by step: from the idea to the finished film
- You describe the film to ClaudeConnect the weblockai connector and tell Claude in a sentence or two what film you want. The skills ask you the right questions: who it's for, where it will run, how long it is.
- The plan and every prompt get writtenWith the skills, Claude writes the script, breaks it into shots and writes a ready-made prompt for every shot, for the right model. The camera vocabulary shows what goes into a good prompt. Up to this point you haven't spent a single credit.
- The generator makes the videoIf you connect the Higgsfield connector to Claude too, Claude starts the generation in your Higgsfield account itself and shows you the finished clip. Without the connector, you paste the prompt into the generator and start it there. Either way, it's the generator's credits that get used.
- The film comes togetherDownload the finished clips and put them together following the editing guide and the sound plan. If a shot didn't work out, Claude tells you what to change in the prompt.
With the connector or by hand?
You can start the generation in two ways. Both use the same plan and the same prompts; the only difference is who presses start.
| Question | With the Higgsfield connector | Pasted in by hand |
|---|---|---|
| Who starts the generation? | Claude, from the chat | you, on the generator's site |
| Whose credits get used? | your Higgsfield credits | your generator credits |
| Which generator does it work with? | Higgsfield | the one the prompt was written for |
| When is it the better choice? | if you want to work in one place | if you already pay for another generator |
How much does the video cost?
The weblockai price covers the skills, the planning and the prompts. The generator's cost is separate: it depends on the generator, your plan and the length of the film, so there's no single number we can give you. Before you generate, the skills give you a credit estimate, so you know roughly what the film will take.
Plan first, credits second. A bad request costs money in the generator; rewriting the plan doesn't.
Frequently asked questions
Do I get a finished video when I download the skills?
No. The skills teach Claude how to plan a film: how to write the script, the shot list and ready-made prompts. The video itself is made by a video generator, such as Higgsfield or Kling, on your own subscription.
Do I need a separate subscription for the video?
Yes. The video is made by a video generator, and its cost isn't included in the weblockai price. You pay for it with the generator.
Which generator should I choose?
We recommend Higgsfield, because you can connect it to Claude, and then Claude starts the generation from there. If you already have a Kling subscription, you can use that too: paste the prompt in and start it there.
What if a shot doesn't work out?
You don't have to regenerate the whole film. Claude tells you what to change in that shot's prompt, and you only run that one again. If the face changes from shot to shot, our piece on character consistency will help.

Common questions
What do I actually get from the weblockai skills?
Claude learns how to plan a film: it writes the script, splits it into shots and prepares a ready prompt for each one, plus a sound plan, an editing guide and a credit estimate. You do not get a finished video, though. A separate video generator makes that, on your own subscription.
Do I need a separate subscription to make AI video with Claude?
Yes. The images and the video come from a video generator, such as Higgsfield or Kling, and its fee is not included in the weblockai price. You also need a Claude account, and the free one is enough. ElevenLabs or HeyGen may come on top for narration or a talking character, but only if you need them.
How much does it cost to make an AI video?
There is no single number, because the generator's fee depends on your plan and on how long the film is. The weblockai price covers the skills, the planning and the prompts. Before anything is generated, the skills give you a credit estimate, so you can see roughly what the film will use up.
What is the difference between connecting Higgsfield and pasting the prompts in by hand?
You get the same plan and the same prompts either way. Only the way you start the generation differs. With the connector, Claude starts it in your Higgsfield account and shows you the finished clip. By hand, you paste the prompt into the generator yourself. In both cases your own credits are used.
