Terms of Service
What you're buying, what we commit to, and what we ask of you.
Last updated:
1. Who we are
weblockai is operated by WEBLOCK MEDIA LTD (registered office: 9a Wick Road Business Park, Wick Road, Burnham-On-Crouch, Essex, CM0 8FA, United Kingdom; registered in England and Wales, company no. 12103785). In this document "we" means that company, and "you" means whoever uses the service.
You can write to us any time at [email protected]. A person reads those emails.
2. What we sell
weblockai is a subscription for planning AI films. You describe the film, and you get the script, the shots, a finished prompt for every shot and the sound design. Depending on your plan, you get:
- on Pro and Studio, the Workshop in your browser, where our system builds the plan (with a monthly allowance, see section 13),
- the Claude connector, which lets your own Claude account see and edit the films in your Workshop,
- the film-making skill pack: short skills you upload to Claude, which load their full, always up-to-date text through the Claude connector while your subscription is active. A skill is a set of instructions Claude loads and then works by.
In the Workshop, the Brand profile is where you set out your brand's style, tone of voice and no-gos, once.
We have three plans: Basic, Pro and Studio. Right now you can buy Basic; Pro and Studio are launching soon. All three include the Claude connector and the skill pack with its updates. On Basic you work in your own Claude; the Workshop isn't included. The Workshop and the Brand profile come with Pro and above, and the Workshop's monthly allowance differs by plan (see section 13). Your subscription only unlocks what's in the plan you chose.
To be absolutely clear: we don't generate images or video for your films. The plan and the prompts come from us; the images and video for your films are made with the provider you choose, in your own account and at your own cost.
The service is available in English and Hungarian. You choose which language to use and download, and you can switch at any time.
The Workshop only needs a browser. The connector and the skills need a Claude account (the skills need code execution switched on and the Claude connector connected), and generating needs your own accounts with the generators. These are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they work.
3. Who the access belongs to
One subscription belongs to one person: the person whose email address you paid with. If several of you work with it, each of you needs your own subscription, even within the same company.
You don't need a password to download. We email you a sign-in link, and that takes you into the client portal. Please don't pass the link on.
Every subscription comes with a license number (WLAI-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). The license number is tied to the one profile whose email address you paid with, and it only works there.
- Your license number is personal: you may not pass it on, sell it or transfer it to anyone else.
- It cannot be used in another profile. If someone tries to enter it from a different profile, the system rejects it.
- One license can link at most two Claude accounts to the connector. If you link a third, the oldest connection ends.
- You can send questions, fault reports and feedback through the site while signed in with a live license; we attach the license number linked to your account automatically. That is how we know the request really comes from the subscriber.
- If your profile's email address changes, write to us and we will move the license to the new address.
If we see the pack or the license number being passed on, sold or shared publicly, we may suspend access. We'll tell you, and we'll tell you why.
4. How you receive it, and how it is updated
After payment we email you a download link. You can also download the same pack from the client portal at any time, in case you lose the email.
Every pack you download carries your license number and email address, and every skill text loaded through the connector carries your license number. This shows that the copy came from you.
We review the pack every week: we look at new and changed models and rewrite whatever has gone out of date. While your subscription is active you get every new version and every new skill, and we email you what changed.
The skills update themselves: each time it is used, the short skill in your Claude loads the latest full text through the connector. New skills also come through the connector, so you never need to download the pack again.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are on our pricing page, always in the currency we actually charge in. Each is a fixed list price: no exchange-rate conversion, and your card statement shows the same number you saw on the page.
The price shown is the total: nothing is added at checkout.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers: we only see whether the payment succeeded and which plan it was for.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the period you chose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Stripe sends the invoice before it renews. For yearly subscriptions we also email you 7 days before renewal.
Right now you can buy the Basic plan; the Pro and Studio plans are launching soon.
Launch offer: if you subscribe to the Basic plan by December 31, 2026, your first 30 days are free. You enter your card at checkout, but we don't charge it during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid automatically and Stripe takes the fee for the period you chose; we email you before that happens. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. During the trial everything works exactly as in a paid subscription. Each card can start one trial only: if the card has already had a trial, the subscription is paid right away.
If during the trial you load more than 15 different skills through the connector within 24 hours, the trial ends immediately and Stripe takes the fee for the period you chose. Planning a film needs only a fraction of that: the rule is there to stop the skills being copied wholesale.
Founder price: if you subscribe to the Basic plan during the launch offer, your monthly or annual fee won't go up for as long as your subscription runs without a break. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price at that time applies.
Money-back: for 48 hours after the first charge you can ask for a refund with one button in your account. If you've loaded no more than 5 different skills by then, we refund the full amount right away and your subscription ends. If you've loaded more, we review your request individually and reply within two business days. This doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel as a consumer.
You can change plan at any time in your account. When you switch, you only pay the difference for the days remaining; if you move to a smaller plan, the difference is credited against your next invoices.
If you use up the Workshop's monthly AI allowance on Pro or Studio, you can buy a top-up of 50 AI calls for a one-off fee. The top-up doesn't renew automatically, its calls don't expire at the end of the cycle, and they're only used once your monthly allowance has run out.
We may change our prices. For existing subscribers a change only applies from the next renewal, and we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand.
6. Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason: in the client portal, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; until then everything works as before.
The full text of the skills loads through the connector, and only while your subscription is active. Once you cancel, the skills in your Claude stop working from the end of the paid period. Whatever you made with them until then stays yours, and if you subscribe again, the skills you uploaded work again.
We don't refund a period that has already started, except as set out in the cancellation notice.
If your subscription ends or a renewal payment fails, you can still sign in to your account and renew it there. Until then the Workshop, downloads, the Claude connector and the skills aren't available. Your account and your films are kept.
7. What you can do with the pack
We keep the copyright in the skills. Your subscription gives you the right to use them; you are not buying the skills themselves. The exact terms are in the license included in the pack; if the two differ, this document prevails.
What you make with the skills (films, scripts, copy, prompts) is yours. You can use it in your own business and sell it to your clients.
You may not, however, pass the skills on, share them, publish them or sell them, in whole or in part. You may not save or harvest the full text loaded through the connector. You may not turn them into your own product or course, even if you rewrite them, and you may not remove the license number from them.
If you break these rules, your right to use the pack ends and you must delete every copy.
8. What we ask of you
You may not use the skills to produce content that breaks the law or causes harm. That includes:
- misleading depictions of a real person without their consent,
- hateful, violent or sexually exploitative material,
- infringing anyone's copyright or trade mark,
- false claims about a real event or a real person.
You are responsible for what you create and publish with the skills. It is up to you to follow the rules on people's likeness and voice, copyright and the platforms you publish on.
If you upload a photo of a real person, you confirm that it is your own face or that the person gave their consent in advance. You may not use the face of anyone under 18, a public figure or a celebrity. Whoever uploads a photo is responsible for it and for how it is used.
9. The limits of our liability
The skills give you a method and suggestions, not professional, legal or financial advice. Always review the finished work before you use it.
The skills refer to services run by other companies. These can change at any time, and we are not responsible for how they work. Prices and credit figures in the skills are for guidance only: they were correct on the date shown.
We work to keep the client portal and downloads available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service.
Our liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the 12 months before the loss. This cap does not affect liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Changes and ending the agreement
We may change these terms. We'll email you about any material change at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect.
If we end the agreement because of a serious breach of these terms, we'll tell you and explain why.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not affect rights you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
Please bring any complaint to us first, at [email protected]. We reply substantively to every complaint within 14 days.
If you bought as a consumer in Hungary and we could not settle your complaint, you can turn to the conciliation board for your place of residence free of charge. You will find the boards and their contact details at bekeltetes.hu.
If you bought as a consumer in the United Kingdom, the independent dispute resolution body we name is Retail ADR (retailadr.org.uk). We do not take part in such procedures.
You can go to court at any time regardless.
12. If you had an account in the former Workshop
We have replaced the earlier weblockai Workshop with a new, simpler Workshop that is part of the subscription. Your old account and data are still there: sign in to download them at any time, or ask us to delete the account.
13. The Workshop allowance
In the Workshop the plan is made by our AI provider, so usage has an allowance, which differs by plan. A film takes roughly 6 AI calls.
- Basic
- no Workshop: you work in Claude, with no limit
- Pro
- 100 AI calls a month, up to 40 a day
- Studio
- 200 AI calls a month, up to 80 a day
Your monthly allowance resets on your billing day: at every payment on a monthly plan, and each month on the day you bought it on a yearly plan. Unused calls don't carry over. The Workshop always shows how much is left and when it will be full again.
The Claude connector and the skills have no such allowance, because your own Claude account does the work there. We will not reduce the allowance during your subscription.
Unused calls from the monthly allowance don't carry over; top-up calls do (see section 5).
14. If something is faulty: your rights
Throughout your subscription the service must work as described: the Workshop, the connector and the downloadable pack alike. This is your statutory right, and as a consumer no term can restrict it.
- If something does not work as promised, you can first ask us to fix it free of charge within a reasonable time.
- If we do not or cannot fix it, or the fault is serious, you can ask for a price reduction, or end the subscription and get back the fee for the period affected.
- These rights continue after the cancellation period has ended, and apply whether or not you have downloaded the pack.
Report a fault to [email protected] with a short description of what happened. We will give you a substantive reply within 14 days, and if the fault is on our side we will not ask you to prove that you did not cause it.
